Midwest Biennial

I was one of the lucky artists to be in the Midwest Biennial show in Wausau Wisconsin. There were a lot of wonderful and talented artists there so it was an honor to be in the same show as all of them.
Here is the link to the show if you are interested

My family, boyfriend and I went to a night called the Exhibitour and it was really cool. They had live bands, dance lessons and free wine where ever you went. Each store had a featured artist and all of the artists were really great especially a woman called Joan Slack that did pottery and made bowls with little bird houses inside of them. It was very neat to look inside the bowl and see different surprises. We had a really wonderful night and it was a pleasant surprise on how much a small town had so much to offer.

Cut and Paste

Remember when Graphic Design only meant cut and paste? Well I really don't..lol...only because I'm new to this stuff..but cut and paste things in a composition is my favorite. I guess because it makes you feel more like an artist instead of a graphic designer.
These are old projects that I found using found objects/pictures and scanning them.
